Tomasz Starzewski suit with matching hat was worn by Princess Diana to the VJ (Victory In Japan) 50th anniversary celebrations in London with Prince Charles, Prince William, and Prince Harry. Diana was wearing matching hat by Philip Somerville. Diana also wore this outfit during a private meeting with the Queen in early 1996 when they discussed the impending divorce with Prince Charles.
